Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Lavelin Consulting AB provides consulting services, including strategy sessions, CV/LinkedIn reviews, and interview preparation.

All services are delivered online via Zoom or other communication tools.

2. Booking & Payments

Sessions are booked through Calendly, email or other communication channels.

Payment is required before the session unless agreed otherwise.

Prices are published on the booking page or communicated directly.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• If the client cancels after scheduling, the company may retain up to 30% of the fee to cover preparation time.
• No refunds are provided if the client misses the session without prior notice.
• If the service is not delivered due to our fault, a full refund is issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Participate in good faith
• Understand that the consultant does not guarantee job offers or interview outcomes

All materials provided during consulting (presentations, templates, recordings, documents) are for personal use only.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to Lavelin Consulting AB.

Clients may not copy, distribute, resell or publicly share them without written permission.

6. Liability

The company provides consulting services but does not take responsibility for hiring decisions made by companies or third parties.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
